Phoenix FM Highlights Men’s Mental Health Conference

Phoenix FM continues to support vital community discussions by giving a platform to important initiatives. In a recent feature, the station spoke with Dominic about his first-ever mental health conference for men, aiming to break stigmas and encourage open conversations. By amplifying events like this, Phoenix FM helps connect people with the support and resources they need to improve well-being across the community.

Dominic Fenton paid a visit to Jo Bailey’s Drive show last week to share some exciting news about his first Men’s Mental Health Conference.

Dominic has been coming in to Phoenix FM for the last six years to talk regularly about mental health issues. A rugby coach who has been part of Chelmsford RFC since 1998, Dominic works around the UK and beyond aiming inspire one person a day using the power of sport and activity through events, workshops and connecting others.

His personal experiences have driven his passion for helping others and he believes that open conversations about mental health are crucial.

The conference promises to be a day filled with insightful discussions, expert speakers, and practical strategies to improve mental health. It takes place at Pontlands Park in Great Baddow on Saturday 8 March – tickets are avilable on Eventbrite.
