The Holiday Inn Brentwood

The Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, J28 have recently chosen Marillac as their nominated charity for 2025 and are busy raising funds for them. A key contributor to the hotels fundraising has been Phoenix FM who have been great at generating interest in local event’s and coordinating ticket sales and funds. In particular, Steve Roach from Phoenix has been a key support to the hotel, helping them to achieve its annual target of £10,000 in 2025.

Phoenix FM have also made introductions for us to both Brentwood Town FC and Shenfield Cricket Club who we are also delighted to now sponsor.

The relationship between Phoenix 98FM & Saint Francis Hospice over the last ten years has been so crucial for us in creating the awareness that’s needed to increase the support for a local hospice.
Brentwood is just one of the boroughs we provide end of life care and support to individuals & families that need it.
Every time we have a campaign, an appeal, a new fundraising idea, we are invited into the studio to be interviewed & get this message across over the air.

The constant support we receive from adverts that run throughout the day, carrying our message, is immeasurable.
The need to provide all of the hospice services, to all that need it, will always need the support of Phoenix FM.
We at Saint Francis Hospice are extremely appreciative, grateful & proud to be partnered with Phoenix FM.

Thank you, from our hearts to yours for all of the support over the last ten years.
Long may that continue.

Andy Furneaux
Senior Local Engagement Officer -Saint Francis Hospice.

Shepherd Neame have been delighted to work with Phoenix FM over the last few years and have developed a fantastic partnership with each other.

Phoenix have played a pivotal role in us reaching into the community, particularly with the local sports clubs.

Through Phoenix we have successfully developed relationships with Shenfield and Hutton Cricket Clubs, Brentwood Rugby Club, Brentwood Town Football Club, Brentwood Golf Club and more across Essex.

From a business side Phoenix have introduced us to several potential new clients across the Essex area and are always on the look out for new connections that they think could benefit Shephard Neame moving forward.

Phoenix Radio has been an incredible supporter of SNAP Charity, helping us raise vital funds to launch an advertising campaign that promotes our work to local families. Their generosity extends beyond fundraising—they have given us a monthly platform to share our mission, featuring voices from our team, young people, and corporate partners.

This has been invaluable in reaching families who may not have known about us or felt unsure about seeking support, as well as engaging local businesses and corporate partners who want to make a difference. Their dedication has truly helped us connect with those who need us most and those who want to support our work.
